Upload an avatar

Your avatar is the profile photo shown next to your name across Acme. You can add, replace, or remove it from your account settings.

Add or replace your avatar

Section titled “Add or replace your avatar”
  1. Sign in to Acme.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. In the Profile section, find the Avatar field.
  4. Choose the upload control and select an image from your device.
  5. Select Save Changes to apply it.

The avatar updates with a preview as soon as you pick a file, but it’s only stored once you save.

Remove your avatar

Section titled “Remove your avatar”
  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. In the Profile section, remove the current avatar.
  3. Select Save Changes.

Once removed, your initials are shown in place of a photo.

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • The file must be an image.
  • Keep the file size small — large images may be rejected.

If your upload is rejected, an error appears beneath the avatar field explaining why. Pick a smaller image or a supported image format and try again.
