Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t cut off your access immediately — you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancellation is handled under Settings → Billing.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”- Sign in to Acme as the organization owner.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to the Cancel subscription section and select Cancel subscription.
- In the dialog, select Yes, Cancel to continue.
- A final confirmation appears — select Yes, Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
At any point you can back out by selecting Keep Subscription.
What happens at the end of the period
Section titled “What happens at the end of the period”When you cancel:
- You keep access to your current plan and its features until the end of your current billing period.
- You won’t be charged again — the subscription will not renew.
- Your subscription card shows a Cancellation Scheduled notice with the date access ends.
- After that date, your organization moves to the Free plan, and Free-plan limits apply.
See Plans and limits for what the Free plan includes, and Subscription statuses for what Canceled means.
Change your mind — resume
Section titled “Change your mind — resume”As long as the cancellation hasn’t taken effect yet, you can undo it:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- On the Cancellation Scheduled notice, select Resume Subscription.
Your subscription returns to active and will renew as normal — no need to re-enter payment details.
Cancelling before deleting your account
Section titled “Cancelling before deleting your account”If you’re trying to delete your organization, note that an active paid subscription must be canceled first — Acme blocks deletion while a paid subscription is active. Cancel here, then proceed with deletion. See Delete your account.
