Invoices and receipts

Acme keeps a record of your subscription payments so you can review and download invoices whenever you need them. They live under Settings → Billing in the Billing History section.

  1. Sign in to Acme as the organization owner.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Scroll to the Billing History section.

Each entry shows what the payment was for, its date, its status, and the amount. Statuses you may see:

  • Paid — the payment succeeded.
  • Pending — the payment is still processing.
  • Refunded — the payment was refunded.
  • Failed — the payment didn’t go through.

If you have no payments yet (for example, you’re on the Free plan), the section shows No transactions yet.

  1. In Billing History, find the payment you want.
  2. Select the download icon on that row.
  3. The invoice opens in a new tab, where you can view, save, or print it.
