Payment method
Your subscription is charged to the payment method on file. You can review it and update it from Settings → Billing. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, so updating your card happens in their secure portal.
See your current payment method
Section titled “See your current payment method”- Sign in to Acme as the organization owner.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Find the Payment Method section.
When a card is on file, this section shows the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date. If nothing is on file yet, it shows No payment method on file.
Update your payment method
Section titled “Update your payment method”- In the Payment Method section, select Update.
- A secure billing portal (provided by Paddle) opens in a new tab.
- Update your card details there and save.
Your changes apply to future charges on your subscription. You don’t need to re-enter anything in Acme — the new details are picked up automatically.
Fixing a failed payment
Section titled “Fixing a failed payment”If a charge fails, your subscription is marked Past Due and a Payment Failed notice appears at the top of Settings → Billing with an Update Payment Method button. Use it to open the billing portal and update your card so billing can resume. See Subscription statuses for what Past Due means for your access.
