Claim a reward

Claiming a reward tells Acme you’ve done what the reward asks for. Depending on the reward type, your claim is either reviewed by an admin or granted right away. You claim rewards under Settings → Rewards.

Before you start

• You need to be an admin or the organization owner to open Settings → Rewards. See Roles and permissions.
• Each reward type can be claimed once per organization — check whether someone has already claimed it under the Claimed section.

How to claim

1. Go to Settings → Rewards.
2. Find the reward you want under Available rewards. Each one shows its percentage and a short description of what it’s for.
3. Select Claim on that reward.
4. What happens next depends on the reward type — see the two paths below.

Two kinds of claim

Each reward type is set up as either reviewed (an admin approves it) or instant (granted automatically). The Rewards page tells you which is which: rewards that need review are marked Requires manual verification.

Reviewed claims (you submit a note)

Most rewards — like reviews, referrals, and social shares — need a person to verify them. For these:

1. Selecting Claim opens a short dialog asking for a note.
2. Enter the details that let an admin verify your claim — for example a link to your review or post, or who you referred. A note is required for these rewards.
3. Submit the dialog.

The reward is then created with a pending status and waits for an admin to review it. It doesn’t reduce your renewal until it’s approved. You’ll see it move to the Claimed section while it’s pending.

Tip

Include something an admin can actually check — a direct link to your review or post, or the name of the person you referred. A claim with a verifiable note is much quicker to approve. A vague note is the most common reason a claim gets rejected.

Instant claims (granted automatically)

Some rewards can be verified by the app itself, so there’s no note and no waiting. For these, selecting Claim grants the reward immediately — it’s approved on the spot and counts toward your discount straight away.

Instant rewards may have a requirement you must already meet. For example, the profile-completion reward is granted only if your profile is actually complete. If you don’t meet the requirement yet, the claim is declined and you’ll be told what’s missing — finish the requirement and try again. To complete your profile, see Edit your profile.

After you claim

• A pending reward waits for an admin and appears under Claimed.
• An approved reward counts toward the combined discount shown at the top of the Rewards page.
• A rejected reward can be claimed again — see Claim status.
