Claim status

Every reward you’ve claimed shows a status under Settings → Rewards. The status tells you where the claim stands and whether it’s reducing your renewal. There are three: pending, approved, and rejected.

  • Pending — your claim has been submitted and is waiting for an admin to review it. It appears under Claimed, but it does not count toward your discount yet. Only reviewed rewards (such as reviews, referrals, and social shares) go through a pending stage.
  • Approved — the claim has been accepted, and its percentage now counts toward the combined discount on your renewals. Instant rewards (like profile completion) are approved the moment you claim; reviewed rewards become approved when an admin accepts them. The Rewards page shows when it was approved.
  • Rejected — an admin reviewed the claim and didn’t accept it (for example, the note didn’t let them verify it). A rejected reward doesn’t count toward your discount. The admin may leave a note explaining why.

Only approved rewards reduce your renewal. Pending and rejected rewards don’t. The total at the top of the Rewards page is the combined percentage of your approved rewards — see How rewards work.

If a reward is rejected, you can claim it again. When you re-claim, the rejected claim is replaced by your new one — a reviewed reward goes back to pending for another review, and an instant reward is granted again if you now meet its requirement.

You cannot claim a reward again while it’s pending or approved:

  • A pending claim is already in progress — wait for the admin to approve or reject it.
  • An approved reward has already been granted to your organization, so there’s nothing to re-claim. (Remember, each reward is claimable once per organization.)

In both cases the reward shows under Claimed with no claim button, so you can’t accidentally claim it twice.
