Reward types

Acme offers several reward types, each worth a discount toward your subscription renewals. You’ll find them under Settings → Rewards, where each one shows its own percentage and description.

Each reward type below can be claimed once per organization. Most are reviewed by an admin before they count; the profile-completion reward is granted instantly when you qualify.

  • Google review — claim this after leaving a review of Acme on Google. Reviewed by an admin; include a link to your review in the claim note.
  • App Store review — claim this after reviewing Acme on an app store. Reviewed by an admin; include a link to your review in the claim note.
  • Referral — claim this when you refer someone to Acme. Reviewed by an admin; in the claim note, say who you referred.
  • Social share — claim this after sharing Acme on social media. Reviewed by an admin; include a link to your post in the claim note.
  • Profile completion — claim this once your profile is complete. This one is granted instantly — there’s no note and no waiting, as long as you meet the requirement.

The reward type decides how a claim is handled:

  • Reviewed rewards (Google review, App Store review, referral, social share) start as pending and need an admin to approve them. When you claim one, you submit a note so the admin can verify it. See Claim a reward.
  • Instant rewards (profile completion) are approved automatically the moment you claim — provided you meet the reward’s requirement. There’s no note.

Profile completion is the one reward with a built-in check: it’s granted only if your profile is actually complete. If it isn’t, the claim is declined and you’re told what’s missing. Complete the missing fields and claim again. See Edit your profile.
