If the guides in this help center didn’t solve your problem, our team is happy to help. There are two ways to reach us.

When you use the contact form, you’ll be asked to pick a category so your message reaches the right place:

  • Bug Report — something is broken or not behaving as expected.
  • Feature Request — an idea or improvement you’d like to see.
  • Billing Question — anything about plans, invoices, or payments.
  • General Inquiry — everything else.

The more context you give us up front, the faster we can help. Where relevant, include:

  1. The email address on your account — and, for an account-access issue, send your message from that address so we can verify it’s you.
  2. What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  3. The exact error message, word for word, if you saw one.
  4. Steps to reproduce the problem, so we can see it ourselves.
  5. Your browser and device (for example, “Chrome on Windows” or “Safari on iPhone”).
  6. When it started and whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

If you’re locked out and can’t reach the contact form while signed in, email us at [email protected] from the email address on the account. Describe what’s blocking you — a forgotten password, a lost two-factor device, or a missing email — and we’ll take it from there.
